The carcass of the product selects cotton canvas or EP canvas as skeleton material. High temp conveyor belt widely used in industries of metallurgy, cement, coking, steel, and etc.

The Heat resistant Conveyor Belts is made of the multilayer rubber cotton canvas ‘polyester cotton’ covered with the high temperature or heat resistant rubbers, which are bonded through high temperature vulcanization, it is applicable to conveying of the coke, cement, clinker and hot casting etc.

1, The heat resistance conveyor belt’s specification shall be identical with that of the conventional conveyor belt.
2,The high temperature conveyor belt shall be in accordance with HG2297-92.
3,The high temp conveyor belts contains three types.

Type I; it is able to resist the test temperature of no more than 100ºC, the max. short-time operating temperature is 150ºC,the symbol is T1.
Type II; it is able to resist the test temperature of no more than 125ºC, the max. short-time operating temperature is 170ºC,the symbol is T2.
Type III; it is able to resist the test temperature of no more than 150ºC, the max. short-time operating temperature is 200ºC,the symbol is T3.
Type IV; it is able to resist the test temperature of no more than 175ºC, the max. short-time operating temperature is 230ºC,the symbol is T4.

Heat resistant belts are best suited for conveying product that is over 60º (140º F). The surface temperature of heat resistant belting varies with the material type, belt speed, loading rate and size. To select the proper heat resistant belting, consider not only the material temperature to be conveyed but the surface temperature of the belt as well.

Application
High temp rubber conveyer belt is mainly used to transport high temperature materials, such as sintering ore.hot coke, clinker, hat casting, etc.

Structure
EPDM or SBR as the covering layer rubber, and high modulus low shrinkage polyester or nylon canvas as the strong casing ply. This kind of belt can use the heat resistant woven glass fabric between the cover rubber and the layers to improve the working life of the belt.

2. Vulcanization molding;
3. Large slope transportation, widely used in bulk material;
4. Saves space, since conveyance at inclines of up to 90° is possible.
